At HomeworkHelp.Pro , all customers can request free revisions of their papers. Please remember that free revisions can only apply to custom created papers and essays written from scratch. Edited or proofread papers are not revised free of charge.
Customers can only apply for a free revision within 14 days upon the paper’s delivery. All requests submitted after the 14-day period will be considered new orders and will be charged according to the Pricing Policy. All requests are subject to the QA Department that evaluates each work and makes a decision on whether the request is valid based on analyzing initial instructions and the final product.
Please review the requirements below that affect whether free revisions will be made:
- The final paper doesn’t align with the initial instructions. If the instructions have been followed, free revisions cannot be guaranteed to the customer.
- Customers cannot modify the final product prior to submitting a revision request. If the final product in the QAD database differs from the product submitted for revisions, the request won’t be accepted.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for the revision to be completed.
It depends on the urgency of the paper when the customer will receive the revised product. We reserve 12 hours if the urgency of the paper is 12 hours; 24 hours if the urgency is 24 hours, and up to 48 hours if the urgency of the paper is above 24 hours.
